Shonda Decker is the owner and President of Affordable Striping & Sealing. Shonda has been in the construction field for over 30 years and opened Affordable Striping & Sealing in 2006. Affordable Striping & Sealing is a Nevada owned and operated business that specializes in asphalt maintenance services, parking lot striping and new construction site development including road markings, traffic signs and asphalt striping.
Dalyn Htet
Operations Manager
Dalyn has been in the industry and grew up around it for most of her life. She has watched her mom, Shonda successfully build the business and is honored to follow in her footsteps.
Jeff Machado
Branch Manager
Jeff has been in the asphalt industry since 2001 and joined the Affordable Striping & Sealing family in 2018. He has extensive expertise from field operations to customer service.
Zeya Htet
Zeya is Shonda’s grandson. He was born on December 20, 2020 and sadly passed away on January 31, 2021 in his sleep. He is always in our hearts. In honor of Zeya’s birthday, Affordable Striping & Sealing does an annual toy drive in November and December.
