Sierra Maintenance first started providing services to our Reno community in 1988. Sierra Maintenance Inc. powered by Affordable Striping & Sealing LLC, owner Shonda Decker. Shonda has 25 years experience in the asphalt industry and is looking forward to getting to know each of you. Shonda operates a family business. Her daughter, Dalyn Htet (UNR Graduate – go Wolf Pack), is involved in every aspect of the business – estimating, accounting, scheduling, operations. Shonda is also hoping her younger daughters, Hayden (age 14) and Kaysen (age 13), follow in her footsteps into the asphalt industry.

We have worked hard to maintain our mission to meet high standards of excellence in every service that we provide. While our business has expanded over the years, we still maintain a tight knit network of technicians that take pride in communicating with our customers and applying their knowledge to each project they complete.

We offer a full range of asphalt maintenance services that include crack repairs and sealcoating. Our experienced team can also help you develop the ideal parking lot layout for utilizing every square inch of your property while adhering to federal and local laws and ordinances. At our company, we believe that no project is too big or small, and we invest all of our resources into making sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the finished pavement.
